I was furloughed from my job after the corona virus outbreak and needed to make some tough decisions about my home. My first contact with Jennifer was after an inquiry about land management for a potential rental scenario. Jennifer was very responsive and provided a lot of good information about the pros and cons of renting our home using a land management company. After some discussion with my wife we decided to just sell the home which was a tough decision because of our sudden displacement and not wanting to leave our home in Michigan and sell the house we loved. I chose Jennifer because she was super professional and left a good impression after talking to her about renting. This has been my 11th real estate transaction and I've had many unpalatable experiences with some less than honest and frankly pretty lazy real estate agents so I view the real estate ""industry"" with cynicism. Am I going to fawn all over Jennifer? No, that would be disingenuous. What I will say, though, is that she was very responsive, knowledgeable, utilized technology well, and most importantly patient - because switching jobs, buying and selling a house, and moving a family of 4 with livestock and 4000 board feet of black walnut slabs during a pandemic is an experience I care not to relive. A few other things about Jennifer then I will close: her experience as a mortgage broker and her willingness to apply that knowledge as I navigated that process with my out of state purchase; her eagerness to give advice about my out of state purchase as I dealt with an agent I wasn't very happy with; she understood the repair escrow process when dealing with our surprise failed septic field.
